Kayn Recruitment provide specialist recruitment services for the Looked After Children Sector
Kayn Recruitment came about after many years of working with recruitment agencies across the sector. What we found was that there was no one who specialised purely in children’s home recruitment, and often they did not fully understand the role or the regulatory side of running an Ofsted registered home.
I have over 18 years in the sector, and continue to work closely with established and new providers across the UK. Our recruitment consultants are also from the sector, having previously held management or senior management roles.

- We work with our candidates to develop a close understanding of the role we are recruiting for, and what our clients is seeking in the candidate.
- We will couch and mentor the candidate through the interview process.
